Digital Content Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Davidson Technology. As a key member of our online communications team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality online information and services across our website and other digital channels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of website redesign projects to provide clear and easy-to-read information and services.
- Performing editorial quality assurance on material prior to publishing to ensure compliance with our style guides.
- Maintaining a user-centred site architecture and delivering customer-centric information and services.
- Providing and maintaining a best practice governance framework for our online products, while meeting strategic targets.
- Advising and leading on customer insight to continuously improve and enhance our online channels.
- Resolving issues and assisting in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, processes, and systems for effective management of our online channels.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have a working knowledge of web content management systems, project management experience, and a strong understanding of Queensland Government website standards and guidelines.
