Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical initiatives in cream cheese and powders to drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and customers to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance by implementing effective processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Dairy Science or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in dairy manufacturing, with 5+ years in R&D or technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of dairy product manufacturing, especially powders and cream cheese.
