Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Head of International and Languages. This is a critical role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of international education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the international program, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure quality outcomes for all international students. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with host families, government agencies, and community groups.

In addition, the successful candidate will lead the languages faculty, developing and articulating a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. They will manage human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to achieve the strategic direction of the school.

  • Proven experience in leading international programs and developing policies and procedures
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • A deep understanding of international education and its principles
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
