We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Access Manager to join our Identity and Access Management Team in the Banking and Financial Services business at Macquarie.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control.

This includes experience with IAM technologies such as identity providers, directory services, SSO protocols (e.g., OIDC, SAML), managing security access policies and tuning, monitoring IAM systems. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Customer Identity solutions such as Ping Federate, Okta, AzureAD/EntraID, Active Directory or IBM Security Verify.

The successful candidate will also possess experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including proficiency in cloud formation configuration. Knowledge of web and API technologies such as REST, HTTP & cert management, API gateway proxies is an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include hybrid and flexible working arrangements, one wellbeing leave day per year, up to five additional days leave based on length of service, paid volunteer leave, and donation matching.

As a Cyber Security Access Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining distributed systems that provide Customer Identity and API gateway services using industry best practices. This includes designing, developing, testing, and operating these systems while delivering incrementally in iterative cycles.

In this role, you will work closely with our DevOps and agile mindset, have a keen interest in software engineering across a range of technologies, and provide on-call support (on rotation basis) and continuous uptime for client-facing services.
