Role Description:

As a Trolley Collector, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our stores. You will be responsible for collecting trolleys from various locations, sweeping and cleaning floors, and ensuring that the store is free from debris and obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect trolleys from car parks, surrounding areas, and other designated locations
  • Sweep and clean floors to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
  • Empty bins and recycling containers as required
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Ambitious mindset with a love of retail and passion for people
  • Physical fitness essential for this role, involving physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday, with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
  • Good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
