Job Summary

Pacific Coastal Airlines is hiring a part-time professional to handle customer service,maintenance, and cargo responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills,be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work any day of the week including weekends,holidays and/or irregular shifts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Check baggage and collect excess baggage/overweight charges
  • Answer calls,book,change and cancel flight reservations
  • Resolve service disruption issues such as canceled or missed flights,determining alternative flight options
  • Execute deplaning and boarding processes,ensuring a safe,on-time departure
  • Process cargo shipments
  • Marshall,de-ice,anti-ice aircraft
  • On-load and off-load passenger luggage,cargo,containers/pallets etc.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer-facing role
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Clear and effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to have difficult conversations
  • Comfortable using computers,credit and debit machines
