We currently serve over 270,000 members, providing them with access to industry-leading gym facilities, group fitness classes, and personal training solutions. As a Member Support Consultant (MSC), you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our thriving membership base.

As an MSC, you will be responsible for inspiring prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us. You will contribute to achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retain existing members by providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in all things Goodlife will enable you to seamlessly switch between sales and lead generation, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

You will be the face of our club, interacting with current and prospective members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to achieving club sales budget targets through effective sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey

In return, we offer a competitive package including a base salary, superannuation, and uncapped commission. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary all-access Goodlife membership, anniversary leave days, and recognition for service awards that include free gym memberships for friends and family. We also provide ongoing training and support to develop your customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

Our competitive remuneration package includes $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience, plus uncapped commission.
