Maintenance Tradesperson

The Echo Entertainment Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tradesperson to join our Property Operations team at The Star Sydney.
Job DescriptionThis full-time position involves working on a 24/7 rotating roster, performing general plumbing works such as leak investigations and repairs. You will also carry out scheduled and preventative maintenance on commercial catering equipment, commission and test kitchen equipment, and undertake various project works. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting and documenting work through building maintenance software.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fitter, Turner, and/or Plumbing Trade Qualifications or equivalent;
- Fabrication and machining skills using TIG and arc welding;
- Competent in the safe operational use of lathes, drills, and hand power tools;
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays as required;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, working with a diverse team;
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000 AUD, depending on experience. This is a competitive package that reflects the skills and qualifications required for this position.
