We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our inventory, ensuring efficient stock flow and minimizing shrinkage to maximize store profitability.
This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for managing inventory records, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock. You will lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, maintaining strong inventory integrity, and providing top-tier customer service.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and training staff to achieve results.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control processes, minimizing losses and maximizing profits.
The successful candidate will have retail management experience, preferably in a large-format store environment, and a solid understanding of inventory control principles and practices. They will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
