Retail Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a retail environment.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work closely with their team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in retail, possessing strong multitasking and prioritization skills, as well as leadership abilities and ambition.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of retail staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement effective merchandising and presentation strategies
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Possess a valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a large format store
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- A passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal)
