Emergency Medicine Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in our emergency department.

Location

The hospital is situated in a small city with a population of approximately 22,188 residents. It features 35 beds in acute care and a 69 bed residential aged care facility.

About the Position

We require an Emergency Medicine Specialist who can work effectively independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the emergency department
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Work Arrangements

The shifts for this role include 24-hour periods, with eight hours on site on weekends and public holidays. Specific dates for these shifts are:
