As a crucial member of our Data Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our automation framework and ensuring repeatable and scalable test automation across our data platform.

You will design and execute automated test cases to ensure data accuracy and integrity, utilizing Python and SQL scripts to optimize test execution and efficiency.

Collaborating with the data platform team, you will build orchestration pipelines for end-to-end test automation and work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to write scripts to validate data system functionality, performance, and reliability
  • In-depth understanding of data processing, storage, and retrieval concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud storage (S3) and data warehousing (Redshift) platforms
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration principles using Kubernetes
  • Experience integrating tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Foundation in Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
  • Deep interest in leveraging AI to enhance processes and drive test automation efficiencies
