About the ProgramThe AFP Graduate Program is a 12-month journey designed to equip university graduates with challenging and rewarding experiences. As a graduate, you will be empowered to contribute to national and international operations while developing your expertise through tailored training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas, including intelligence, forensics, ICT, finance, and human resources. Our graduates are placed in roles that match their skills and interests, and they have the opportunity to rotate through different areas of the organization.

Key Requirements- University graduates with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills
- Commitment to integrity, teamwork, and public service
- Relevant degrees in fields such as arts, humanities, justice, business, criminology, education, health, information technology, law, media and communication, science, and social science
The AFP Graduate Program offers a range of benefits, including:
- Competitive salaries with a starting annual salary of $75,233 + superannuation
- Six weeks (30 days) of paid annual leave per year + additional paid Christmas stand down
- 18 days of paid personal leave and 4 extra mandatory leave rest days per year
