The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Genesis Fitness. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging group exercise classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group exercise classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for our members
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of group exercise programs and protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:

A qualification in group fitness instruction (e.g. Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module)Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR CertificateWorking with Children's Check and Infection Control Training certificate (COVID-19)Relevant program certification (e.g. Yoga, Barre, Zumba, Pilates)Availability to work evenings and weekends
