About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Westpac. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in facilitating the end-to-end analysis and understanding of our hardware and software asset management capability.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and managing our asset management systems, ensuring data quality, system execution, and consistency of output. You will also be responsible for managing the technology asset base, including establishing new hardware asset management capabilities in ServiceNow.

In addition, you will analyze and interrogate our systems and processes to drive improved outcomes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains. You will work closely with our Technology teams to establish best practice for asset management data ingestion and operational asset management.

We are looking for a highly analytical and problem-solving individual who can present ideas in a meaningful way. If you have experience in hardware and/or software asset management, a qualification in a data-based discipline, and excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
