Digital Lawyer Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned digital lawyer to provide strategic legal advice and services for our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical ability, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply legal principles in a practical way.
You will be an admitted legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW, eligible to hold a current practising certificate as a solicitor, and possess minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in Digital & Technology, Corporate & Commercial, IP or Privacy law.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting software acquisition/licensing agreements, product development contracts, and intellectual property documentation.
- Supporting commercial negotiations to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
Our portfolio includes various projects such as whole of government contracts, digital identity, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more.
This is an ongoing full-time opportunity offering base pay starting at A$113,574 plus superannuation.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, work collaboratively with other lawyers, interpret complex legal issues, and distill them into contractual documentation.
