IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers, identifying and resolving IT-related incidents and problems in a timely manner.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they receive clear and concise information about their IT issues and any actions taken to resolve them.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members of the IT Service Support team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Technical diploma or degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience in an IT support role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
