Workplace Injury Prevention Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Federation Mine in New South Wales. This role is responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment through the implementation of health initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure a healthy work environment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, incident investigations, and provide injury management support.
- Collaborate with the team to facilitate training programs, contribute to risk assessments, and investigate incidents.
This position requires a Registered Nurse or Paramedic with extensive experience in workplace health, injury management, and regulatory compliance.
\A strong background in occupational health and safety, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this role.
\Requirements:\- Registered Paramedic or Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in occupational health and safety.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations (ICAM, Taproot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
