Humanities Teacher Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher who is committed to delivering exceptional educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement programs that reflect high standards of education, ensuring student success and academic achievement.
  • Teaching and Assessment: Manage curriculum requirements, including programs, registers, assessment, feedback, and reporting.
  • Pastoral Care: Provide effective pastoral care to students through leading a regular House Tutor group.
  • Cocurricular Support: Support cocurricular activities of the College.
Requirements:
  • A commitment to Christian values and principles.
  • Support for the College's vision of holistic Christian education.
  • Ability to teach across Stages 4-6 of NESA Humanities Syllabi.
  • Exceptional communication and relational teaching skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements in schools.
  • Valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC).
  • Accredited teacher with at least Conditional Teacher accreditation from NESA.
