An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and high-performing Services Manager to lead teams across our sites and regions.

This is a unique chance to build an evidence-based service from the ground up, drive innovation and quality, and deliver lasting outcomes for people living with mental health conditions and their families.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Employment Consultants, modelling best practice through the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth, effective service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through strong connections with mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Need

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances.
