Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our compliance operations. This role encompasses conducting regular site visits and audits, monitoring risk and regulatory compliance, and implementing quality improvement strategies across services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliant and high-quality education and care environments. This includes all aspects of childcare operations, including policy implementation, quality assurance, and adherence to current laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and managing risk and regulatory compliance across services.
- Implementing quality improvement strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Awareness of changes in Regulations and ability to develop practical implementation plans.
- Valid Working with Children's Check.
- Current First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificate.
- Relevant Qualification in Early Education or related field.
