Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our physiotherapy business in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in practice management or office management in a physiotherapy clinic, with expertise in practice management software such as Nookal or Cliniko. They should also possess strong marketing knowledge and social media experience, as well as exceptional people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency at the front desk.
  • Liaise with different compensable bodies (e.g. NDIS or Medicare).
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work with sister clinics in Sydney and Gold Coast to optimise systems.
  • Assist with the marketing of the clinic through social media and other methods.
  • Complete stock checks and assist the Principal with stock order requirements.
  • Oversee the administrative and business operations of the clinics.
  • Provide leadership and support to the administration team.
  • Convert phone and online enquiries into bookings and follow up opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Practice Management or Office Management experience in a Physiotherapy Clinic.
  • Experience with Practice Management Software such as Nookal or Cliniko.
  • Marketing knowledge and Social Media Experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional people-management skills.
  • Experience with Xero, MYOB and Trello (desirable).
  • Excellent teamwork and reliability as well as the ability to hit KPI's and KPC's.
