Impactful Open Source Software Developer

This is a challenging role for a highly skilled software developer to lead the design and architecture of impactful open-source projects.

">

The ideal candidate will have drive, technical leadership skills, team motivation and direction experience, and deep expertise in at least one programming language such as Go, Rust, Python or C.

">

Responsibilities include leading the design and architecture of an impactful open-source project, coding in various programming languages, collaborating with globally distributed teams, mentoring colleagues, displaying technical leadership, debugging issues, producing high-quality code, contributing to technical documentation, and working from home with global travel opportunities.

">

Nice-to-have skills include container technologies, highly concurrent systems, performance engineering, software security, build systems, public clouds, Debian/Ubuntu packaging, systems programming, scalable web services, quality engineering, web or Flutter front-end experience, REST and gRPC API experience, SQL and NoSQL data store expertise.

">
