Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
  • Conduct a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
  • Utilize problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
  • Present case information to stakeholders and provide credible recommendations to drive desired outcomes
What You Need to Succeed
  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Appropriate registration with AHPRA
  • A current driver's license and car
