Room Attendants are key to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, 5-star accommodation environment.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Team Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the resort, including guest rooms and public spaces.

As a Room Attendant, your primary focus will be on providing an outstanding service experience for our guests. This includes responding promptly to their needs, ensuring all rooms meet RACV's quality standards and being proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance our service delivery.

A strong attention to detail is essential, as you will be working independently to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Additionally, effective communication skills are necessary to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.

This role offers flexibility for parents or individuals seeking a balanced lifestyle, with shifts operating from 9am - 2pm. Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience (desired but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and public holidays
