About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our client's team on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a pioneering leader in innovative outdoor heating and refrigeration solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing demand and supply efforts for all product lines sold globally, working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other functions to drive best practices that improve customer satisfaction and enhance business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the monthly demand planning process
  • Drive forecast accuracy improvements and align business plans with operational plans through the S&OP process
  • Establish clear and robust KPIs to measure progress and their tie to business revenue and profitability plans
  • Ensure data and reports generated by functions are standardized and suitable for the S&OP program
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Data-driven skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
  • Prior experience in FMCGs is an advantage
  • Demonstrated track record in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum based on location and experience.
