We are seeking a skilled Operational Transformation Specialist to join our team at Palantir Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in empowering our customers to make better decisions.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage data in operational and real-world action. You will work closely with our customers to identify their critical questions and pain points, and then work with us to provide tailored solutions. Your mission will be to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, and where the impact could be.

You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our customers' intricate workflows, partner with customer teams, and explore the data to enable us to scale. This role requires a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our customers to make better decisions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet with customer analysts to understand their critical questions and pain points.
  2. Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows.
  3. Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline.
  4. Collaborate with customers to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
  5. Lead training sessions to ensure that the product meets user needs and is being used widely enough to have concrete impact.
  6. Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
  7. Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-Palantir product offerings.
  8. Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel up to 75% (may vary by location and team).
  • Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus.
  • Active Security Clearance.
