Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and resident preferences and strengths
  • Applying person-centered care approaches to all interactions with residents
  • Considering the resident's individual needs, stage of life, development, and strengths when engaging in support activities
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation) or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working in an aged care facility
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
