About Our Practice

HealthcareLink Support is a mobile private practice established in 2004, serving clients throughout Sydney, Wollongong, Brisbane, Melbourne, Nowra, Newcastle, Central Coast, and the ACT. We pride ourselves on being innovative and progressive, striving for excellence and thinking outside the box.

Our Work Environment

We offer a diverse caseload and multiple settings to work in, providing our therapists with constant opportunities to develop their skills across various areas. In a typical day, you could be working at a school with refugee language groups, visiting early intervention clients in their homes, or completing dysphagia assessments in a nursing home.

Team Dynamics

Our Clinical Managers provide weekly supervision and develop fortnightly PD sessions and quarterly Learning Days based on each team member's areas of interest and professional goals. One-to-one direct supervision is offered for all team members, especially new graduates. Our team is warm, inclusive, and fun, collaborating together to problem-solve tricky situations and support each other positively and encouragingly.

About the Role

We have multiple full-time roles available across NSW, QLD, VIC, and ACT, including Central Coast, Wollongong, North Sydney, North Western Sydney, Fairfield Sydney, South Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane. These positions require you to provide mobile services to both paediatric and adult clients presenting with a wide variety of communication disorders.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Paediatric and adult Speech Pathology experience - new grads welcome to apply
  • Experience working with children and adults with a disability or autism
  • Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Willingness to undertake a Working With Children Check
  • Registered with Medicare, Provider no. at commencement
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing Professional Development
Compensation & Benefits

We offer an extremely competitive hourly rate, flexible working hours, and the ability to foster your areas of interest. Estimated Salary: $60-$80 per hour (dependent on experience)
