Job Description: Nurse Practitioner - Haemodialysis

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner - Haemodialysis to join our team at the Cranbourne Satellite Dialysis centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centred care, utilising your clinical expertise in haemodialysis.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Demonstrated experience in haemodialysis and ability to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.
  • Superior time management and prioritisation skills, with excellent clinical skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven leadership qualities, with a strong focus on supporting colleagues and achieving outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Adaptability and lateral thinking skills, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.
  • Renal Postgraduate qualifications highly desirable.


Salary and Benefits
