We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments, evaluating daily living activities, home and workplace ergonomics, and equipment needs.
  • Design and deliver effective intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
  • Develop tailored rehabilitation plans and return-to-work strategies.
  • Identify barriers and implement practical evidence-based solutions.
  • Navigate funding schemes to empower client recovery.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, medical teams, employers, and other key stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in the community.
  • Driver's licence and vehicle required.
  • Eligibility for working with children check and police clearance.
