Job Title:

Store Lead Position

  • A lead position in a retail store setting, reporting to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee customer service standards and ensure fast, friendly checkout services.
  • Drive key performance indicators and brand loyalty by leading through your team.
  • Manage personnel functions including payroll, stock management, cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.
  • Train staff on customer service values and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Review corporate communications and partner with Store Manager and/or corporate office regarding store issues.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Operate computer, printer, and cash register efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong culture of safety at all times.
  • Move merchandise weighing up to 10kg and up to a height of 1.5-3m frequently.
Qualification and Work Skill Requirements:
  • Recent relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding and willingness to provide excellence in customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, direct, and manage people effectively.
  • Solid numeracy skills are required.

  • Professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and an extrovert persona.
  • Customer service focus, enthusiasm to work within a team environment, and the ability to connect with people.
