Community Leader Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community in Brisbane.

This role will ensure smooth governance, services, and high quality of life for residents. As a Community Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations and administration of the community.
  • Managing resources and ensuring efficient use of assets.
  • Leading and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Liaising with residents, local authorities, and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in residential or facilities management.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to satisfy pre-employment checks.
