About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Home Loans team at Great Southern Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our strategy and purpose of helping all Australians own their home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience, Digital, Marketing, and Credit Risk teams to develop customer-focused products, propositions, and credit policies.
  • Collaborate with distribution and retention teams to ensure disciplined margin management to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
  • Manage pricing requests via the Pricing Inbox to ensure we balance growth and revenue outcomes from an acquisition and retention perspective.
  • Review existing products and play a key role in customer value/change initiatives to deliver enhancements to the Bank's Home Loan suite to ensure optimal value to customers.
  • Manage all risks, incidents, issues, and controls associated with our products and processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a Banking, Home Loans, or Product Management role (preferred).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Finance, with demonstrated experience in these areas preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across different audiences.
  • Research and analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, interpret, and draw conclusions from complex sets of data.
