About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Discovery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of discovery in UniSQ's libraries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve the user experience across all library discovery platforms and interfaces.
  • Provide expertise in metadata schemas, data interoperability, and discovery layer systems.
  • Develop and optimise the library's digital platforms to maximise resource accessibility and engagement.
  • Guide the adoption and use of productivity tools for library staff.
  • Build relationships across the university and beyond to contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
  • Lead and mentor team members.
