About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Discovery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of discovery in UniSQ's libraries.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve the user experience across all library discovery platforms and interfaces.
- Provide expertise in metadata schemas, data interoperability, and discovery layer systems.
- Develop and optimise the library's digital platforms to maximise resource accessibility and engagement.
- Guide the adoption and use of productivity tools for library staff.
- Build relationships across the university and beyond to contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
- Lead and mentor team members.

What We Offer
This is a full-time continuing appointment with a total remuneration range of $115,122 to $127,298 pa.
