THE ROLE
Located at our new store, averaging approximately 47 hours per fortnight, the key responsibilities of this part-time position include:
Deliver exceptional customer service to both retail and trade clients Promote and grow our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts Acquire in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices Meet and exceed individual sales objectives Collaborate with team members to achieve business targets Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through effective merchandising and upkeep Engage with your local community and support charitable initiatives ABOUT YOU
To excel in this position, you will need the following attributes:
Previous experience in a retail setting Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with customers A vibrant and enthusiastic approach to all job aspects Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively A keen attention to detail ABOUT BEACON LIGHTING
