We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our digital projects and ensure timely delivery, quality, and scope alignment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and shape the future of AI-driven creative tools.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and maintain momentum.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed tasks and deliverables, conducting regular reviews to ensure clear project scope.
  • Oversee testing efforts and quality control processes, verify deliverables, and ensure alignment with requirements and UI / UX standards.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate release plans, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and readiness across departments.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, tracking project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed.
  • Lead daily standups, project check-ins, and other meetings, ensuring each session is efficient and actionable.
  • Work with team leads to break down work into actionable tasks, guiding prioritization based on business objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, next steps, and risks, ensuring company-wide transparency and alignment on project priorities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the design team to review and approve UX / UI deliverables, ensuring compliance with requirements and preparing presentations for final sign-offs.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture, leading squad delivery with a focus on alignment with our values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital or technical project management, with a track record of managing multiple projects from initiation to launch.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, guiding and motivating a delivery squad, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance within the squad.
  • Understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining alignment across multiple teams and keeping projects on track with clear expectations.
  • Knowledge of UX / UI best practices and ability to oversee quality in design-related deliverables.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills, comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and proactively identifying and addressing project risks and roadblocks.
