As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the repair and maintenance of arcade machines and games, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on arcade equipment
  • Collaborate with Venue Managers, Facilities Managers, and State Technical Manager to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests and team members

Requirements

  • Technically minded with a strong understanding of computer-based systems
  • Experience in a trade or related field
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
