Community Outreach Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Outreach Facilitator to join our dynamic team at Challenge Community Services.
This role involves facilitating safe and meaningful family time for children and young people in care, as well as mentoring them in various settings. You will also be responsible for providing written updates and reports, ensuring thorough communication and documentation.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and young people. They will also possess strong written communication skills, including the ability to write reports and complete formal documentation in relevant software programs.
A key aspect of this role is flexibility, with shifts primarily working between 6am to 6pm across all seven days of the week. However, you may be required to work beyond these hours on occasion.
Our ideal candidate will have a qualification in Human Services, Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, although this is not essential. A current NSW Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and full COVID vaccination status are mandatory requirements.

A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum reflects your qualifications and experience, depending on your level of expertise. This role offers numerous benefits, including:
