About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of catering staff across two campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of catering staff to ensure high standards of safety and quality are maintained in all meal services.
  • Support your team with training and development opportunities.

  • Be a hands-on leader, stepping into the kitchen or wards when needed to showcase versatility and pride in service delivery.
