Job Title: Assistant Centre Manager

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children in a 125-place service equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Have a deep understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card
  • First Aid certificate
