Australian Public Service Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled APS3 Customer Service Officer to join our federal government agency in Canberra, Australia.

**Job Summary:**

  • Provide high-level customer support with strong communication and telephone manner skills.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of customer contact in the database.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external agencies associated with the Department.
  • Analyse information for query resolution.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Australian Public Service.
  • Strong track record in customer service support and attention to detail.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a Baseline Personnel Security Clearance.
