Senior Digital Product Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Associate Product Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with the engineering team to develop customer-centric products.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with roadmap goals and clarity in user stories and estimates.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to uncover needs and convert them into valuable, testable user stories.
- Design and execute test plans for APIs and UIs, ensuring defects are tracked and resolved to maintain high product quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create and iterate on wireframes and mock-ups that enhance user experience.
- Manage internal product communications, maintain idea boards, and promote product capabilities through ongoing stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to a collaborative, secure, and values-driven culture by role modelling company values and sharing knowledge across teams.
- At least 1 year of experience as a product owner, business analyst or similar role in an agile team.
- Demonstrated experience in testing work from a software development team.
- Demonstrated experience in backlog grooming, user story writing and acceptance-criteria definition.
- Demonstrated experience with Jira and other Atlassian tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
