  • This role is responsible for leading a major implementation of Dynamics 365 across Customer Engagement (CE), Field Service (FS), and Finance & Operations (FinOps) modules, enabling business growth through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts to ensure timely delivery.">
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including system integrators and vendors, to achieve project objectives.">
  • Engage with executive sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.">
  • Establish strong governance and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.">
  • Oversee UAT, training, cutover planning, and go-live execution.">
  • Report regularly on project progress, risks, and key milestones.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations with a strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem, Dynamics architecture, and integrations.">
  • Expertise in managing interdependencies between CE, FS, and FinOps modules.">
  • Ability to manage remote teams and vendors while maintaining high engagement levels.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.">
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches as needed.">
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira.">
  • PMP/PRINCE2 accreditation and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are desirable.">
