About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our team in Sydney Metro. As an ISS Caseworker, you will provide intensive and specialist casework services to children and young people in statutory out of home care who live with high and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective casework services to children and young people with high and complex needs
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including families, non-government providers, schools, and health services
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance safety and wellbeing, placement stability, and transition to less intensive living arrangements

Requirements

  • Degree in social work, social science, community welfare, youth work, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in child protection, out of home care, or provision of casework services
  • Valid driver's licence and Working with Children Check clearance number
