Learning & Talent Development Specialist

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and talent frameworks, ensuring our people can learn, grow, and develop in their careers.
This role will involve the end-to-end design and management of learning and talent experiences globally, including needs analysis, solution design and development, stakeholder management, program management, implementation, communication, and evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong functional and technical expertise in Learning, Organisational Development, Talent Development, Culture, and DE&I.
- Demonstrated experience in building learning and capability frameworks and programs to enhance both technical and soft skills and drive business outcomes.
- Solid exposure in design, implementation, delivery of leadership programs and frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to consult, engage, and influence outcomes and build rapport with senior leaders, colleagues, and vendors.
- Project management and change management skills.
- Proven identification methods to address skill gaps and improve overall employee performance, engagement, and retention.
