Job Description:

The Banking Team Manager position is responsible for leading and assisting the team to raise the profile of the branch through community involvement and demonstrated team management and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Training and Development: Work with our revamped learning and development processes to empower your team to grow through various avenues of training and implementation of staff development plans.
  • Build Relationships: Lead by example and build relationships with customers through meaningful conversations.
  • Drive Team Morale: Drive strong team morale, resolve conflicts, form solid and committed teams, and make difficult decisions when necessary.
  • Outbound Calls: Demonstrate a dedicated approach with enthusiastic and quality outbound calls when engaging with all clientele.
  • Community Profile: Promote and expand Auswide Bank's community profile by contributing creative marketing ideas and strategies.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader who has excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading a service-driven team within the Financial Services sector.

You will be required to model the approachability and down-to-earth nature of a professional leader, be passionate about understanding our customers and providing exceptional customer service, and have experience motivating a team with a focus on interpersonal skills.
