GRC Project Manager

Job Overview

Governance, risk and compliance work is a key aspect of this role. As a specialist in this field, you will be working closely with clients to deliver GRC projects.

This includes tasks such as:

  • Conducting ISO 27001 gap assessments
  • Developing ISMS policies and procedures
  • Implementing Essential Eight best practices
  • Creating policy, strategy and roadmap documents
  • Assessing third-party/vendor risk and developing mitigation strategies
  • Providing OT/ICS consulting services (IEC 62443)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality GRC work to clients
  • Support senior consultants on larger engagements
  • Take the lead on smaller projects

Requirements

  • Experience in GRC or security strategy work
  • Understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Essential Eight, ISM, PCI DSS
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in plain English
  • OT/ICS/IEC 62443 experience or interest is desirable

Work Arrangements

We offer a flexible hybrid setup with 2-3 days in the office per week.

Paid training allowance and conference budget are also available.

Additionally, you will receive 3 days volunteer leave per year, salary packaging options, social club membership and team events.

Industry memberships (AISA, ISACA, OWASP) are covered.
