
Digital Sales Specialist

Job Description:
Create innovative digital sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital sales plans to achieve desired sales growth.
· Generate demand and provide accurate sales forecasts for various products.
· Plan, manage, and optimize product ranges, pricing, and promotional activities across all online sales portals and partnership microsites.
· Collaborate with the wider team to ensure promotional activities are executed according to plan.
· Analyze sales performance and provide actionable reports on sales conversions and promotional effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with the wider team to gather insights from data analysis.
· Identify system issues, work towards resolving them, and escalate technical issues to relevant stakeholders.
· Coordinate cross-functionally and cross-divisionsly to enhance sell-out programs.
· Provide expertise on web content management, information architecture, and search engine optimization for the organization's website.
· Drive web merchandising, web content, and web design in collaboration with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales conversions.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a digital sales role
· History of successfully launching new products or services into the market
· Consistently achieved sales targets
· Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach
· Strong strategy development and analytical skills, sound business judgment, and ability to direct senior management
· Creative background with experience developing original ideas for digital audiences
· Understanding of web-based tools and experience using content management systems.
