  • Front-of-House Excellence: Providing outstanding service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening, empathy, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Coffee Craftsmanship: Maintaining high standards of coffee quality, from milk texturing to pour-over techniques, to consistently delight customers.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Ensuring a clean and safe work environment by adhering to food safety standards, maintaining equipment, and promoting a culture of cleanliness.

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Exceptional milk texturing skills, able to create visually appealing and delicious beverages.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for coffee, teamwork, and customer service, driving innovation and excellence in every interaction.
